As soon as I started studying, practicing and performing improv, I came to notice I was bringing what I learned on stage into my role as a Project Manager and Operations Consultant. Whether you realize it or not, you are an improviser - no one gave you a script when you woke up this morning! Using a variety of fun and interactive improv-based exercises and activities, I guide individuals and teams to explore how they can be more effective, regardless of their current role or career aspirations.

Improv for Introverted Professionals
Contrary to popular belief, introverts make phenomenal improvisers!
In this 6-week interactive course you will learn and practice the fundamental skills of improv comedy in a supportive environment with fellow introverts. Additionally, improv is a fun and engaging method to develop leadership skills that often don’t come easy to us introverts, such as:
Filling awkward silences
Assertive communication
Networking
No prior improv or theatre experience required. You don’t even need to be funny! All you need is a computer. Just show up, be yourself, and find out what you’re capable of when you step out of your comfort zone!

Through fun, engaging and challenging improv-based exercises and activities, leaders learn how to apply the skills and techniques of improv to their most pressing leadership challenges.
Most 1-off interventions fade from memory shortly after the trainer leaves the building. Deep learning is accomplished through practice, application, and personal reflection.
