Darin Harm is PowerPlay’s Founder and Principal Consultant. 

As a certified Leadership Coach and Emotional Intelligence practitioner, he’s spent 15 years helping teams and individuals achieve transformational change through research, consulting, and coaching.  His superpowers include (but are not limited to):

●      Rapidly establishing trust, rapport and connection at all levels of an organization

●      Leveraging best-in-class leadership assessments to surface hidden opportunities

●      Designing and facilitating focused, skill-development trainings and workshops

●      Empowering teams with evidence-based strategies to improve team performance

He holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology, along with licensure and certifications in Leadership Coaching, Emotional Intelligence, Operational Effectiveness and Project Management.    

He’s also a husband and a dad, with a passion for building community through volunteering and youth mentoring. In his free time he performs and teaches improv comedy - expect him to bring this creativity and fun to every client engagement.
